Warwickshire Libraries have recently become a National Portfolio Organisation, directly funded by The Arts Council England, to deliver a range of programmes and activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team widely known for its innovation and can-do approach to delivering services local people, and visitors, want and will use.

**About the Role**

This is a pivotal role coordinating activities, events and leading on promotion and social media activity.

The post-holder will co-ordinate NPO Advisory Board meetings and support administration and comms for the wider team and service.

The post-holder will also look after evaluation and analysis of programmes, activities and events.

**Key Requirements**
- Experience of working with members of the public at events and activities.
- Experience of coordinating meetings and administration.
- Experience of using ICT and Windows based computer packages.
- Experience of using and creating compelling content for social media, notably
- Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook.
- Experience of creating marketing assets and promotional materials, preferably with knowledge of Canva.
- A systematic, methodical and accurate approach to work.
- Courteous and effective communication skills, in person, by telephone and in written communication.
- Ability to work with initiative and little supervision.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Ability to organise workloads, to plan and implement programmes of work and to delegate effectively.
- Ability to use own initiative to respond independently to problems and unexpected situations.
- Ability and willingness to coordinate events and activities for communities of all ages using libraries and culture as a key focus.
- Ability to work flexibly including Saturday, Sunday, and evening as required for NPO events and activities.
- Appreciation of/ sensitivity to Equal Opportunities.
