**Join our Property Services team as a Property Services Coordinator**:

**The role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Property Services Coordinator in Camden, London

**Salary**: £27,000 - £31,000
**Location**: Hybrid after initial training, 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days at home.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Being responsible for gas service scheduling and gas service uploads initially, before being also trained in the wider work of the team
- Responsible for an effective administration contribution to enable work to be carried out in a timely and compliant manner
- Raising jobs, requisitions, follow on works, ensure all records are always kept up to date including job details, appointments, job statuses, relevant time & dates, costs
- Ensuring that operatives are working efficiently, and operative workload is maintained in line with the WIPs (Works in progress).
- Phoning residents to ensure access is gained for works
- Assisting operatives/ supervisors / surveyors and escalating any operatives/ contractors’ issues
- Ensuring you have the “first time fix” approach

**What you will need to succeed**
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and is friendly and positive.
- Have prior experience in a repairs/planning/scheduling role within the housing sector
- Have strong administration skills and must be IT proficient.
- Have great communication skills, both oral and written.
- Be a self-motivated, resilient, assertive and confident person
- Have proven experience of providing excellent customer service.
- Be organised and able to multitask.
