**Location: Newtown St Boswells / Duns**
**Standard hours 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday with a 1-hour lunch break**

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Borders Agency, with offices located in Newtown St Boswells and Duns.

**About the role**:

- Handling general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals in respect of all our insurance products by telephone and face to face in the office
- Selling new NFU Mutual products to customers
- Providing support to senior members of staff, managing their renewal book, administration and processing of general insurance policies.

**About you**:
Whether you are a school or college leaver looking to start your next chapter, or just looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
- Customer service experience is desirable however insurance experience is not essential as you will receive full training.
- You should be professional, hardworking and a great team player with good time management, customer service skills and be able to operate with a high attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills especially Microsoft office and the ability to adapt to new systems.
- A minimum of National 5 Grades including Maths and English (or equivalent).
