Temporary Project Support Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a temporary role?

CDS Group is a main contractor, shopfitter and manufacturer based in Romsey. We are recruiting a Temporary Project Support Administrator to support our Project Support team on a 6 month fixed term basis.

We work with many high street brands on a repeat business basis and have a reputation for delivering on our promises, being professional, and hopefully having some fun along the way.

**Tasks & Accountabilities**:

- Supporting Project Managers with ad-hoc administration.
- Managing iAuditor.
- Assist with relevant departmental process changes.
- Monitor and attend to the Project Support mailbox.
- Managing and maintaing Shaerpoint
- Ensuring all project and H&S files are completed and uploaded to Sharepoint
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- High level of organisation.
- Ability to adapt and learn new softwares and skills, relevant training will be

provided.
- Excellent communication.
- High attention to detail and self motivation.
- Administration experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £12,000.00 per year
