**Are you an experienced, warm, professional and loving Nanny/Governess? This is a lovely role looking after two sweet little girls of 2 & 4 on a rota basis, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

The family are seeking a long-term, fun, energetic, initiative-taking, and focused Senior Nanny/Governess that has a passion for child development and extensive knowledge of developmental milestones.

The girls love to paint, swim, and enjoy playdates and activities. They have a great schedule and the family are looking for someone to build on that in conjunction with their other nanny.

Term time the little one is at pre-school /Montessori until 1pm and the eldest at school until 3.40pm During the holidays you will travel with the family to USA, Europe, Asia, and the UK The role is sole charge but Mum and extended family will be around on occasion.

You will be very organised with excellent communication skills, able to take on all aspects of the children’s administration. This will include communication with the school, medical appointments, parents of friendship groups and extended family members etc.

Confident driver is essential as you will taking the girls to and from school and activities. A vehicle ( 4×4) is provided.

Be creative with the children whilst stimulating them socially, physically, and educationally.

Accommodation: Large separate bedroom

General duties:

- Sole charge childcare duties.
- Potty training and supporting the transition from nappies
- The school run and take the children to after-school and playdate activities.
- Encourage development and stimulation activities throughout the preschool and primary school years.
- Structured & spontaneous play activities - Being creative with the children whilst stimulating them socially, physically, and educationally through developmental learning projects and creative sources.
- Preparation and delivery of tutoring
- Menu planning, Cooking healthy and nutritious food for the children.
- To engage in a wide range of outdoor/indoor activities.
- Scheduling naps and to encourage the children’s good behaviour, such as manners, boundaries respect and kindness.
- Administering medication & ensuring safety indoors and outdoors at all times.
- Close and open communication with the parents to ensure children’s growth and social development meets the expectation of the family.
- Tidying and Organising play areas and rooms after the children.
- Wardrobe management for the children, including on-line shopping, sourcing of clothing and educational creative crafts supplies
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Warm, motherly and fun personality, fit and energetic to keep up with the girls
- Educational / Montessori background essential
- Fluent English speaker is required.
- Fluency in a second language, French or Spanish would be an advantage (not a requirement)

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate
