**About the role**

**Working as a member of the centre’s management team, you will have lead responsibility for driving and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of high standards of care for our guests. By providing effective leadership and oversight of the Team Leader cohort, you will ensure that delivery of care is carefully coordinated and fully meets the requirements of each guest’s care plan.

**About you**

**You must have some experience of supporting people with disabilities or other vulnerable groups in a health or social care setting. Management experience is desired, but we will provide you with further training. You must have a genuine desire to develop great leadership skills to support the performance and development of others.
