In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care plans for patients, as well as monitoring their progress and providing emotional support. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Key responsibilities of the Band 5 RMN role include:

- Assessing and evaluating patients' mental health needs
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and recording patients' progress
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
