**Temporary Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Lynfield Mount Hospital**:

**About the Role**:
As a temporary Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients at Lynfield Mount Hospital. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and support workers, to provide holistic and person-centered care to individuals experiencing mental health issues.

Your main responsibilities will include assessing and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medication, and providing therapeutic interventions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Lynfield Mount Hospital is a modern and innovative mental health facility located in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The hospital provides a range of services for adults and older adults with mental health conditions, including acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, and recovery-focused interventions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Current registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably within an acute inpatient environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Good organizational and time management skills

**Working Hours and Payment**:
This is a temporary position starting on 23/02/2024 and ending on 23/02/2024. The shift timings are from 07:30:00 to 20:00:00. As a temporary Band 5 RMN, you will receive a payment rate of £200 per shift. Payment will be made through PAYE.
