**The Role**
We are currently seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team on a temporary basis. The start date for this role is 28/02/2024, and the end date is 28/02/2024. As a temporary Band 5 RMN, you will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts and make a real impact during your time with us.

**Responsibilities**
As a Band 5 RMN at our trust, your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with mental health conditions
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Supporting and guiding patients in their recovery journey
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients
- Monitoring and documenting patients' progress and reporting any concerns or changes in their condition
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- To be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

**Payment and Shift Details**
As a temporary Band 5 RMN, you will be offered a competitive payment rate of £200 per shift. The payment will be made through PAYE. The shift timings for this role are from 07:30:00 to 20:00:00.
