We are currently seeking a Band 5 RMN to join the esteemed Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust on a temporary basis. You will be based at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health, located within the Airedale General Hospital in beautiful Steeton, West Yorkshire.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess and plan the best course of treatment for each patient, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is prioritized at all times.

Your typical shift will start at 07:30:00 and end at 20:00:00. During this time, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional skills in patient assessment, formulation, and intervention. Your compassionate and person-centered care will make a significant difference in the lives of those you support.

To be considered for this temporary Band 5 RMN role, you must hold a valid nursing qualification and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Previous experience in mental health nursing is highly desirable, but newly qualified RMNs with a passion for mental health care are also encouraged to apply.

In addition to your qualifications, we are seeking individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team and adapt quickly to changing situations.
