We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Airedale Mental Health Unit on a temporary basis. This position is an excellent opportunity for a qualified RMN looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

As a Band 5 RMN at Airedale Mental Health Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

This temporary position offers a competitive payment rate of £262.50 per shift, paid through PAYE, providing you with a reliable source of income while gaining valuable experience in the field of mental health nursing. The shift hours are from 07:30 to 20:00, allowing you to make a positive impact on the lives of patients throughout your shift.

As a Band 5 RMN, your duties may include administering medication, conducting therapy sessions, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. You will also be responsible for documenting patient progress, communicating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring that all care plans are carried out effectively.
