Welcome to Lynfield Mount Hospital We are currently seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients during their stay at our hospital.

At Lynfield Mount Hospital, we pride ourselves on delivering person-centered care and ensuring the safety and well-being of all our patients. As a Band 5 RMN, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients with mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, conducting assessments, and providing therapeutic interventions to support patients in their recovery.

This temporary position offers a competitive payment rate of £200 per shift, with PAYE payment type. The shift will start at 07:30:00 and end at 20:00:00, providing you with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients during your time with us.

As a Band 5 RMN, you must have a genuine passion for mental health nursing and a commitment to providing compassionate care to those in need. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a strong understanding of mental health conditions and their treatments.
