**Description**:
To provide Naim Audio with HR & Recruitment support in order to deliver a service to the company that allows it to meet its business objectives. As an HR Generalist this will involve working on HR projects and tasks as well as day to day activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a professional standard of behaviour at all times
- Together with HRM and SHRO maintain accurate HR business data to ensure effective monthly reporting.
- With the SHRO and HRM complete weekly, monthly and annual HR reporting for Group.
- With the SHRO, administer and run the company performance management process.
- Manage Octopus (HRMS) access for Line Managers effectively and in compliance with policy and GDPR.
- Together with all members of the HR Department ensure compliance with GDPR and associated employment law, in relation to employment records and all employee related data.
- Complete general administration tasks for the department (letters, organisation charts etc.)
- Facilitate company wellness committee, and associated initiatives, including ownership of applicable systems and platforms.
- With the SHRO support with the collation of payroll data for processing by the Payroll & HR Administrator, and maintain pension auto enrolment administration.
- Work with the SHRO to ensure all job descriptions remain up to date, complete and signed.
- Work with the SHRO to plan and deliver bespoke induction schedules with hiring manager for each new starter.
- Together with the Payroll & HR Administrator update and maintain accurate employee records within the HR systems.
- Together with the SHRO maintain the preferred supplier list and contracts with recruitment agencies and other service providers. Work with the team to ensure recruitment agencies are fully briefed on the company and current vacancies.
- Take ownership of temporary recruitment, ensuring that temps are organised when required, and that relevant documents are processed.
- Attend probation review meetings for new starters and offer feedback and support.
- Together with the SHRO ensure the constant review of HR policies ensuring that they reflect any changes to UK employment law and that they align where possible with Vervent’s own policies.
- Consistent approach to following and detailing business policies & procedures.
- Support the company culture at all times.
- Regular audits to ensure accurate recording is attained.
- Undertake project work as required within the department.
- Provide an excellent HR service to all employees of Naim, ensuring that expectations are realistically managed at all times.
- Support the SHRO and HRM with regards to complex individual HR issues ensuring that issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.
- Supported by the SHRO and HRM undertake handling of HR related casework.
- Attend regular Staff Consultation Committee meetings, taking notes from contributors prior to the meeting, and producing notes and action points after the meeting. Follow through on meeting notes ensuring that Senior Managers are aware of action points appropriately prior to the next meeting.

- Utilising the PPE equipment provided including but not limited to extraction systems, Kevlar gloves, protective eye wear, hard-toed boots, etc.
- Report on any circumstances that might affect ability to work or safety of work being undertaken - should be escalated to Team Leader / Manager.
