The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Salisbury. The successful candidate will support the HR Manager, HR Advisor, and Recruitment Advisor with day-to-day HR administration, including responding to general HR queries, updating employee data, drafting letters, and performing ad hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Update and maintain accurate employee data on HR systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  3. Draft and prepare correspondence, including letters and new starter contracts.
  4. Perform various ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with people at various levels of seniority. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel between offices are essential.
