- Friday: 09:00-17:30

**Basic salary**: £27,000

Lear Rice (Divisional Strategy and Communications Manager) is on the hunt for a ‘CRM Executive’ to come and join her team within this hybrid position.

Working alongside our wider Digital and Content Marketing teams, within this role you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining customer relationships, supporting CRM strategies, and also ensuring effective implementation of CRM initiatives.

This newly created position strongly centres around enhancing the overall experience of our customers including managing customer data, facilitating customer communication as well as supporting cross functional collaboration. **Responsibilities**:

- **Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management**
- Managing and optimising the utilisation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement enhancements including LDL, Dataroma, Marketing Cloud and MC CDP
- Conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and user adoption
- ** Customer Relationship Management**
- Developing effective CRM strategies and processes to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Utilising CRM tools and analytics to drive personalised marketing campaigns as well as collaborating with wider teams to align efforts with both business goals and objectives
- Verifying the communications’ functionality, appearance, and accuracy before deployment to the customer
- Providing guidance and training to employees on CRM tools, processes as well as best practice
- ** Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Creating and delivering regular reports and dashboard to core stakeholders to highlight key performance indicators, sales trends, and customer behaviour insights
- Performing data analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to optimise sales and marketing strategies
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of CRM initiatives through data-driven metrics

Qualifications:
Having proven experience within Salesforce product management would be fantastic, however not essential However, it is imperative that you’re able to demonstrate strong knowledge of CRM principles, practices, and tools as well as a proficiency in data analysis, reporting and visualisation tools including Dataroma, Excel, Power BI and Tableau. As you can see, excellent analytical skills are key to be able to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
