Our three main brands include Bristol Street Motors, Macklin Motors and Vertu Motors. We are now looking for a CRM Data Executive to join our team.

As a CRM Data Executive, you will be supporting the CRM Data Manager with delivering an effective CRM strategy. You will be responsible for day-to-day customer data cleanses to improve the quality of customer records, as well as supporting the marketing department with key data insight.

As a CRM Data Executive, you will support the team with database analysis to draw recommendations that influence the CRM Managers to make better informed decisions to improve performance. You will feel confident with following Vertu policies and actively promote improvements to processes to make the Data team more efficient.

Responsibilities include:

- Daily data amendments cleanse activity
- Data extracts for Marketing activity
- Working with CRM team to deliver effective CRM strategies
- Day-to-day data amends to customer record
- Troubleshooting data
- Manufacturer Campaign management
