Position Overview:
As the Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with managers to implement changes aimed at enhancing in-house operations, optimizing food quality, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will serve as the voice of the CEO, effectively communicating the brand's unique selling points to both internal stakeholders and our online audience. Additionally, you will have a deep understanding of Chinese culture, enabling you to contribute to recipe development and ensure authenticity in our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with department managers to identify areas for improvement in operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Customer Experience: Work towards creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that all operational aspects align with our commitment to excellence in service and food quality.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, effectively conveying the vision and goals of the company to all levels of the organization.
- Cultural Expertise: Utilize your understanding of Chinese culture to contribute to recipe development, ensuring authenticity and relevance to our target audience.
- Brand Promotion: Assist in communicating the unique selling propositions of our brand to the online audience, helping to build awareness and engagement across digital platforms.
- Team Building and Training: Play a key role in building a cohesive and well-trained team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Asian cuisine, particularly Chinese, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and instructions to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
