We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Assistant to join our team at the Scotsdale Garden Centre. As a Kitchen Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving food, maintaining your designated kitchen area, and assisting colleagues as needed. You will also be expected to adhere to all food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve high-quality dishes, adhering to established presentation standards.
  2. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain your designated kitchen area, ensuring it remains clean and organised.
  3. Teamwork: Assist colleagues in their sections as needed, promoting a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment.
  4. Food Safety: Comply with all relevant food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
