SaxonAir is looking for an exceptional team player who wants to dedicate themselves to private aviation as an operations officer. SaxonAir Helicopters is part of Klyne Aviation Group - helicopter and jet management, charter, brokerage, and Fixed Base Operator. The team you will be joining is the fastest growing helicopter operator in the UK with ten cutting edge helicopters.

**THE ROLE & CANDIDATE**

We are looking for an exceptional dedicated person, preferably with some operations control experience, who has the potential to develop in a variety of directions and take on different roles within the helicopter team. Working in this role will involve solving a wide range of operational and logístical problems.

Specifics include:

- Maintaining and developing customer and supplier relations.
- Quoting, selling and then planning helicopter charters and special missions.
- Manage and coordinate aircraft availability, handling and third-party services
- Optimising busy schedules.
- Flight planning and flight following
- Sales, trip and customer support
- Timely internal and external communication with stakeholders
- Support business priorities and needs
- Client and airport visits to our multiple bases in the UK.
- Ensuring all flights are safe and compliant with the CAA and our operations manuals.
- A strong ability to communicate through writing. Attention to detail is vital.
- Ability to complete projects with high autonomy.
- Self-motivated with an excellent team spirit.
- Foresight, awareness, and the ability to problem solve.
- Openness in giving and receiving feedback.
- Mindful of lessons learnt.
- A drive to question and improve everything about our organisation.
- Diplomacy. You'll be good with people.
- Discipline and focus
- Capacity to identify and prospect new customers.
- Proficiency with MS suite of programs. Leon, Heliplan and Centrik knowledge is an advantage.
- Ultra-high net worth, luxury and private aviation sector experience is desirable, as is CRM literacy.
- Full drivers license.

Saxon Air is a private jet and helicopter operator based at Norwich Airport in our purpose-built Business Aviation Centre and hangar facility. Designed to meet the demands of the offshore transportation sector as well as offering excellent service for our VIP passengers. **Fundamentals**

This is a full-time permanent role, based in Norwich, but some home working may be facilitated.

The salary of this role will be competitive with industry standard. As a company we align to the principals of paying the Real Living Wage. We offer career training, development, coaching and mentoring, workplace pension, Life Assurance of 2x salary and 30 days holiday.

You must have an existing and ongoing right to work in the UK under current Immigration rules to be considered for this role.
