We are working with our client, a successful business within the event hospitality industry to recruit an experienced Accounts and Sales Administrator to join the team. In this role you will work closely with the Managing Director to:

- Update sales sheets to ensure all relevant information has been captured -Proactively advise the M.D of any missing details, and contact clients accordingly -Reconcile Xero, flagging any issues with payment to the M.D
- Advise the M.D of items/event tickets that are ready to be sent to clients
- Oversee banking transactions, reporting any issues to the M.D
- Supporting with other administrative duties as needed
- Develop and document processes to ensure there is an accurate record of ‘how we do things’. Implement best practices
- Must hold a clean full UK driving Licence

It is anticipated that the role will require one full day work per week initially, however this will increase quickly as the business continues to grow.

We are looking for someone that is skilled with accounts administration, who is confident and able to work on their own initiative. You should be able to work with Xero, and have strong Excel skills. You must have impeccable attention to detail, and be able to work in a proactive manner to support our client who is extremely busy running a thriving business. You should be assertive and able to influence the Owner/M.D, flagging issues in a proactive and professional manner. There is opportunity to take on more work and responsibility as time progresses and the business continues to grow, becoming an integral part of the company.

The hourly rate for this role is £13 - £15 (depending on experience) with initially 8-16 hours per week, plus incentives and expenses.

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

**Experience**:
