**Hub Medical Governance Coordinator | Private Hospital | Full-Time - 37.5 hours per Week | Permanent | Competitive Salary | Brentwood**

Spire Hartswood Hospital are currently looking for a Hub Medical Governance Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Medical Governance Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the monitoring of consultant and professional clinician’s compliance documentation in line with hospital/hub compliance policies and regulations.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Assisting with Consultant and Clinician professional practise review process.
- Maintaining consultant and hospital regulatory compliance information.
- Support Medical Governance in all functions and processes.
- Assist with regulatory inspections as required.
- E-Learning Support for consultants
- Ensure continuity between hub, local and corporate governance strategies through familiarity with key medical governance reports and processes.
- Ensure appropriate monitoring of Consultant, Clinical Support Specialists and Clinical professional’s fitness to practise in line with appropriate corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Record into and maintain various systems and trackers to enable complete monitoring of Consultants documentation and ensuring evidence is uploaded in a timely manner
- Maintain consultant compliance through SAP database
- Provide Consultants with reports in preparation for their NHS Appraisal via Business Objects systems
- Assist with the facilitation of regulatory inspections as required
- Support ad-hoc Medical Governance functions and processes within the Hub
- Carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post.
