Medical Recruitment Manager Opportunity

Montpellier Resourcing is seeking a skilled Medical Recruitment Manager to specialize in therapy and nursing roles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placing top-tier professionals in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing and Management:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapy and nursing professionals.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers.
    • Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
    • Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
    • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market conditions.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in medical recruitment, specifically in therapy and nursing roles.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique requirements of therapy and nursing positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
