You'll collaborate closely with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Management:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapy and nursing professionals.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Client Relationship Management:
