A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a temporary Commercial Administrator in Castle Donington. We are looking for a hardworking person with good communication & organisational skills to join a busy and friendly working environment.
**Main Functions of the Post** **Commercial Administrator**:
To provide support to the Management and Sales Teams with processing, Sales Orders, Enquiries, Production Administration, Document Control and Purchasing. This is a long-term temporary ongoing position covering for maternity leave.
**Hours Commercial Administrator**
- The role would be 37.5 hours per week during office hours which are 08:30 - 17:00.
- **The pay rate is £11.79 per hour (£23,000 per annum based on full-time hours)**:
- **Part time applicants would be considered, e.g. 09:00-15:00 Monday to Friday**
**Duties and Responsibilities Commercial Administrator**
- Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team, producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing and general support.
- Manage the incoming calls from customers and prospects in a polite and professional manner.
- Prepare Production documentation to the required standard, working to instructions from Sales Team
- Assist with the Purchase Ordering System, following Company Procedure
- Assist with sales and marketing activities e.g. Product launches, promotions Newsletter, and seasonal marketing material
- To work in accordance with Health and Safety and Hygiene regulations as required by the company.
- To undertake such staff training and development, which may from time to time be determined.
- To undertake any other such duties within the competency of the post, this may from time to time be determined.
