Commercial Administrator

**Main function of the post**:
As an administrator, you will assist in the day to day running of the processes and systems throughout the business and provide an administrative support to various departments across the company.
**Hours of work**:
£25,000pa pro rata
**Duties and Responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to**:
- provide administrative assistance to various departments
- manage incoming calls from customers in a professional manner
- maintaining electronic logs
- updating internal documentation
- take meeting minutes when required
- keeping employee training records and training matrix up to date
- assist with the Purchase Ordering Systems
- assist with marketing and sales activities
**Competencies required for this Administrator role**:
- excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Microsoft Office
- SAGE and SAGE CRM
- superb organizational skills
- great attention to detail
- knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 will be an advantage
- knowledge of BRCGS Packaging standard would be a benefit
