Sibelius Natural Products is a spin-out of Oxford University, dedicated to the development and commercialisation of innovative, branded, scientifically evidenced natural ingredients and products for the nutraceutical, food & beverage and cosmetic industries. Sibelius is now looking for an Office and Financial Administrator to join the team.

As an Office and Financial Administrator, you’ll be supporting the Financial Controller and Operations team and be responsible for:

- Providing support to the Financial Controller with invoices, payments and expenses claims
- Inducting new employees - providing grievance, disciplinary and health and safety information, ordering equipment, requesting equipment and IT set-up, handing over keys, building tours and staff introductions, induction schedules
- Ordering goods for the laboratory and general office supplies, ensuring that all office and consumables stores are properly stocked. Accepting deliveries and logging them as necessary
- Overseeing the calendar, including meeting room bookings
- Keeping contact lists up-to-date and circulating to staff
- Packing parcels and arranging shipments, including domestic and international courier services
- Receiving new laboratory ingredients and recording onto the data management system
- Helping to ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations
- Providing support to the Sibelius team to allow the effective functioning of the company as required
- Attending and contributing to various meetings, including taking minutes
- Answering the phone - filtering enquiries, providing information and transferring calls where necessary
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office, servicing meetings
- Reporting building and equipment faults and arranging repairs
- Organising team events

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Able to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, both internally and with external contacts
- Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office
- High level of numeracy and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
