The post holder will be expected to support their team, department, and organisation to achieve ABL’s values in their day-to-day work.

The post holder will provide a responsive and efficient administrative service to meet the needs of the team. The post holder will use their reason, intellect, and judgement to work on their own initiative to deal with matters on behalf of their Manager and Neurodevelopmental service delivery supporting clients through the assessment pathway within the Be U North Yorkshire service.

The post holder will be an effective decision maker, who is able to prioritise own workload whilst responding to interruptions. The post holder will be able to deal with unpredictable work patterns and proactively deal with issues without reference to others.

**Some of the essential criteria for the role**:

- GCSE, O Level or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language (level C and above).
- Efficient problem-solving skills.
- Experience of using MS Outlook or other to manage multiple electronic diaries.
- Office and Personal Organisational Skills.
- Ability to use general Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Values driven, ambitious to improve the lives of people across all ABL Health’s services.
- Maintains the highest standards of integrity when communicating with staff, clients, family, carers and other professionals.
- Positive attitude, resilient and innovative.
- Able to comply with organisational policy, information governance and record keeping.
