Fusion Resources are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant for our client based in Scarborough.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail to carry out the day-to-day finance processes; ensuring that timely and accurate information is available.

**This role is term time only.**

This is genuine temporary to permanent opportunity.

**The Role**
- Support members of staff responsible for delegated budgets with procedures to enable them to monitor their budgets.
- Processing all invoices, placing purchase orders and resolving all resulting queries
- Manage BAC's and manual cheque process
- Undertake administration and reconciliation of all credit card usage
- Assist with month end tasks as required
- Provide general administration support

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Proven knowledge of finance systems and have the ability to input, understand and present data.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a team or alone
- Already hold or be willing to have an Enhanced DBS Check

**Hours/Pay**
- Monday to Friday, 20hrs per week
- £12ph

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Purchase Ledger: 1 year (preferred)
