We have a fantastic opportunity for a Home Ownership Officer to join our team. You’ll play a key role ensuring people matter by promoting customer satisfaction, ensuring our customers receive a quality and helpful value for money service.

**What could you be doing as Home Ownership Officer?**

You will be responsible for managing and delivering an excellent service to our shared owners, leaseholders and freeholders. You will effectively deal with and resolve lease management queries, ensuring arrears are managed effectively in order to limit lender repossessions and dealing with rent and service charge queries.

**Some things we need from you**

You’ll have a background of working within a Home Ownership or Housing Management team with a knowledge of current leasehold legislation. Experience of working in an income collection role for leaseholders, shared owners and freeholders would be preferred for this role and you will also have a customer first mindset.

You will be proactive and have a strong personal drive, being flexible in your approach and be able to manage your own workload.

The Home Ownership Officer should be a confident communicator with the ability to deal with wide range of people, possessing a personal drive and determination to achieve challenging high-performance targets.

Due to the nature of the role, you will require a full driving licence and your own vehicle. You will also need flexibility to work occasional out of office hours. This role also requires travel to our Birmingham office once per week.

This role also requires a Basic DBS check.
- This is part-time vacancy working 17.5 hours per week across 3 or 4 days per week, between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Different shift patterns can be considered, dependent on business needs._
- Interviews will be conducted via Teams on Friday 15th September and Monday 18th September._
