This full time opportunity will be partly based at our offices in Llanishen, Cardiff with the opportunity for working from home on specific days. A competitive remuneration will be offered, based on experience.

As DATA ADMIN ASSISTANT you will be ultimately responsible for the timely publication of UK and International events and tours, London/regional theatre events and artist profile information to the website. You will also ensure that artist and venue information on the site is kept up to date, in a timely manner, following tour/event announcements.

You will also assist with the ongoing promotion of the above listed events. Using social media channels, and other means of promotion, you will drive visitors to the website to purchase tickets for new, popular and upcoming events as well as promoting the availability of ticket offers and deals for sold out and expiring events. In addition you will be the first point of contact for customer queries, and assist users to find the support they need to answer their queries.

You will report directly to the Content Editor, working alongside the editorial department. Your role may require the management of subordinate & freelance staff, for which you will be required to delegate your non-essential duties where necessary to assist you in completing tasks to tight deadlines.

**Key Job Roles & Responsibilities**
- Pro-actively searching & communicating to the team on new event announcements
- Ongoing management and timely updating of the events database and ticketing information
- Responding to incoming customer/user queries and ticket update requests
- Working with ticket sellers to ensure listings are accurate and timely
- Working with promoters, agents and artist management to attain exclusive content, announcements and offers, where available
- Updating artist information, and ensuring artist profiles are up to date
- Updating venue information, and ensuring venue profiles are up to date

In addition, you may be required to conduct the following duties, as ongoing cover for other team members:

- Promoting new events & offers through social media channels to drive ongoing ticket sales
- Assisting the editorial team, writing and publishing tour updates, whenever deemed necessary
- Other tasks such as filing, invoicing, management reports and general office management
- Knowledge of Google Docs/Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets and CMS systems is essential
- Prior experience copywriting or blogging for an online publication is desirable
- Prior experience of data entry and data administration is essential
- Knowledge of, and an active interest in, the live music scene and current music trends
- Be familiar with social networks, such as Facebook, X(Twitter), Instagram
- A high level of attention to detail, with an innate ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Be highly confident, dedicated and self motivated - this role will require a huge amount of initiative
- Be organised and efficient - working as part of a team to coordinate and prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management. You will be expected to manage your time effectively both during office hours and contribute on evenings and weekends whenever necessary to fulfil your key responsibilities
