Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone
- Outbound calls to existing customers to gain feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. No cold calling is required.
- Upsell services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
- Analyse customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
