Data Administrator

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is eager to learn, self-sufficient, and motivated towards process improvement. You will learn and maintain a suite of processes involving Excel, Power Query and, in time, Power BI. Some training will be given but an enthusiasm for data manipulation and process improvement is essential. This is a varied role which will reward innovation and enthusiasm.
**Responsibilities**:
Core responsibilities
- Maintaining and creating a variety of reports using MS Excel/Power Query/PowerBI
- Manage own workload and complete tasks in a timely manner to achieve results
- Proactive in spotting problems with data integrity and processes
Day to Day Activities
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Administering various processes and data sets
- Updating a technical drawing database
Essential Skills:
- Ms Office Suite
- PC Literacy
- Good communicator
Desired Skills:
- Ms Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables)
- Personal interest / experience in coding/data and other areas
