Our client, the Ministry of Justice, is seeking a skilled Data Administrator to provide administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales. Job Description

This Temporary Administrative Support Officer position requires flexibility, hard work, and strong communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with customer inquiries via phone or face-to-face interaction.
  • Clerking and ushering hearings, both in-person and via video conferencing.
  • Liaising between the Judiciary, legal professionals, and parties in civil and family cases.
  • Facilitating telephone hearings and sending out meeting invitations.
  • Performing general office duties, including post room and archive filing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent typing/data entry skills.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
