**Job Title:** Senior Pension Administrator

**About the Role:

  • This is a senior position in our Pensions Administration team, responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to members on their DB pension scheme entitlements.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in pensions administration, with a strong understanding of DB pension schemes and their associated rules and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-level support to the Operations Manager in planning and organizing work within the team.
  • To work closely with Pensions Administrators to monitor workloads, validate data, and provide technical knowledge support as required.
  • To authorise amendments, data updates, and member record amendments in accordance with established procedures.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in pensions administration, ideally in a senior capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of DB pension schemes, including their rules, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external organisations and clients.

**What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £39,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including a generous pension scheme and bonus opportunities. Full-time position with 2 days' hybrid working.
