**Customer Service Advisor (Patient Care Advisor)**
**Starting at £21735 per annum (rising to between £21800 and £23000 per annum depending on role level) + **Excellent Benefits**

**Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne**

**Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm**

**50% Hybrid remote working (on **completion of probation) no late shift, no weekends and no bank holidays**

**Start date 4**th** September 2023**

- You don’t need a healthcare background but you’ll have a passion for delivering fantastic customer service.
- Warm, friendly and professional colleagues who want to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- You’ll have excellent computer skills
- You’ll be passionate about understanding patient needs and helping resolve their queries over the telephone.
- The ability to deal with confidential/sensitive information.
- You’ll be available to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00
