**We operate four different facets to the business**:
The seasonal Amusement Park with Go Karts, Bumper Boats, Adventure Golf and many other attractions.

Sunset Boulevard family entertainment centre which includes Ten Pin Bowling, Soft Play, Indoor Adventure Golf, Bars, Restaurants and Amusements Arcade.

Our events department which designs, builds, and manages Aberdeen Christmas Village and other seasonal outdoor events.

Lastly our new concept Arcadia Bar and Games. Located in Aberdeen City Centre, this new 'Barcade' facility offers customers cocktails, craft beer, classic arcade games, pool tables, pintables and air hockey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct recruitment activities for various job roles, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and verifying references.
- Prepare and manage departmental training plans, including identifying skills gaps, creating training materials, and organising training sessions for employees.
- Promote employee relations, engagement, health and well-being by conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and creating programs to enhance the working environment.
- Assist payroll with coordination of employee documentation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage performance management processes, including support managers with performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback to employees.
- Manage discipline and grievance procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Create development and succession plans for employees and management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in HR related Roles.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Background experience in Retail or Hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and HR software.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £15,000.00 per year
