This apprenticeship allows motivated individuals to be introduced into the 'People Profession'. As you work you will gain a real insight into how the people & culture function supports employees as well as businesses goals and strategy. Completing this apprenticeship demonstrates a commitment to professional growth and development.

**What you will do in your working day**:
We want this apprenticeship to be an opportunity for you to gain experience across a wide range of duties putting you in the best position to succeed in your apprenticeship qualification and take the first steps on your exciting career journey No two weeks will be the same, however generally in this role, you will be;
- Handling day-to-day people & culture queries
- Providing HR advice
- Supporting learning & development opportunities throughout the organisation
- Coordinating onboarding, induction & orientation for new colleagues
- Using and manging HR systems
- Working with the organisation on people & culture changes
- Providing advice to managers on a wide range of people profession issues
- Working on a range of processes, varying from transactional to relatively complex issues from recruitment through to retirement
- Collaborate with colleagues on people & culture strategies and projects

We won’t be expecting you to jump in and be able to do this all from day one. You’ll first go through an induction and orientation period allowing you to get used to the theatre and the team. As you gain more confidence in your role, you’ll be supported to expand and grow your responsibilities.

**The training you will be getting**:
HR apprenticeship standard (including level 3 CIPD certificate in HR practice).

Functional skills in English and maths as required.

End point assessment.

The course is delivered through a combination of classroom teaching (Blossomfield Campus), practical workshops and independent learning/self
- study.

**What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship**:
On successfully completing your apprenticeship, you will have gained a national qualification recognised throughout the industry.

It is anticipated that successful completion of this apprenticeship will lead to a permanent position at our organisation following a review and if a position is available.

Possible progression to CIPD associate diploma in people management level 5 apprenticeship.
