**About the role**:
We are recruiting for a Financial Customer Service Apprentice to provide first class customer service, ongoing administration, problem solving with a fantastic start to your career. Understand the industry whilst completing the apprentice programme over 12 months**.**

**Overview of duties**:

- Answering employer/employee queries
- Maintaining records and complying with regulatory standards
- Develop a strong and collaborative team relationship with other departments
- General administration tasks as requested

**Person specification**:
**Knowledge, skills and abilities**:

- Confidence with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
- Planning, organisational and time management skills.
- IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite

**Education and experience**:

- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- A levels or equivalent
- GCSE in English and Maths
