**Your responsibilities**

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced administrator to join us here at thyssenkrupp Materials UK as a HR Coordinator. As the HR Coordinator, you will be involved in supporting with every aspect of the key HR processes and employee lifecycle. Additionally, you will support with data analytics, HR systems management, right to work checks, recruitment activities, Employee Relations admin support and Learning and Development activities.

You will be supporting key digitalisation projects as we have transitioned from paper based systems to electronic and cloud solutions including the migration to a new Payroll and HR System. Your main duties will be:

- Managing the HR inbox and escalating queries when necessary to members of the people team;
- Assist in the preparation of data analytics and HR dashboards;
- Managing all front-line enquiries and escalating queries when necessary to members of the people team;
- Analyse HR/payroll data and actively query trends and payroll queries by liasing with managers through to resolution;
- Manage all administrative tasks relating to starters, leavers, change to contract, benefits etc;
- HR Systems input, maintaining employee files;
- Managing the HR system workflows and processes;
- Proactively identify themes and trends arising from employee/manager queries;
- Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries;
- Scheduling interviews, assisting with shortlisting;
- Performing background checks, right to work and references;
- Schedule meetings, HR events, and maintain the HR calendar;
- Support managers with inductions;
- Support Recruitment Business Partner with ad hoc tasks;
- Support Learning and Development Business Partner with ad hoc tasks;
- Assist the Senior HR Advisor with collating data for various people processes;
- Assist the Senior HR Advisor with Employee relations case work, eg notetaking
- Assist with HR projects like Employee Pulse Survey, collection of employee feedback, Digitalisation projects and Check in process

**Your profile**

Essential experience, skills and knowledge:

- Data and systems savvy;
- Able to multi task and prioritise
- Professionally curious and hold a genuine interest in the intricacies of HR;
- Good organisation skills and a strong communicator;
- Highly resilient and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
- Experience delivering administrative support;
- Creative Thinker;
- Ability to problem solve;
