Overview:
This will be on a Temp-Perm basis, with an initial temp 6 months period, looking to convert to Perm after that.

**Responsibilities**:

- Loading of shipment documentation into our internal systems (Sage 1000 - training provided)
- Chasing our Far East suppliers for shipment documentation
- Running reports on a daily basis
- General Purchasing department assistance
- Liasing with our Freight Forwarders, Belgium warehouse team & internal accounts department
- Managing Fedex deliveries into our Belgium warehouse

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive, keen to learn
- Good team player
- Accurate with a keen eye for detail
- General administration expericence
- Good with Excel & other standard office systems

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
