Accounts Administrator

An Animal feed and bedding wholesaler based in Essex is looking to fill a position for an account’s administrator.
This is a very busy role that requires an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a variety of tasks.
- Be able to prioritise work to maximise efficiency.
- Be familiar with accounts administration, preferably having been in a similar role recently.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
**Accounts**:
Logging invoices against purchase orders.
Logging invoices to suppliers.
Reconciliation of cheque, credit card and cash payments.
Weekly banking for 3 shops.
Accounts support for Scott’s of Southend.
Collection of Direct Debits on a weekly basis.
Entering of sales receipts.
Other accounts and sales desk duties as and when.
**Sales**
Processing customer sales orders on sage.
Logging out of stocks.
Generating pick notes and following the process through to invoicing
Processing drivers’ paperwork, ensuring all in order ready for the following day.
Managing a variety of spreadsheets.
Excellent customer service manner.
Communication with the Warehouse.
Monday - Thursday
09:00-15:00
Flexibility for holiday cover when needed.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
