Join TUI Hotels & Resorts Distribution team as Commercial Executive and support managing the sales and marketing for our owned and joint venture portfolio of hotel brands. As TUI Group puts more focus on its fully controlled hotels & clubs with planned expansion, it is critical to ensure a successful commercial performance of these units through selling through the right channel at the right price.
We are recruiting for 2x Executives, one will focus on ROBINSON, TUI MAGIC LIFE and TUI BLUE (internally called “M3”) and support TUI BLUE for our owned, leased and managed units. This role holder is also responsible for liaising with the legal entity sales department in Tunisia to help align processes and ensure a coordinated commercial approach is always adopted.
The other role will focus on supporting the improvement of the profitability of the above-mentioned TUI Hotels & Resorts portfolio by analysing current sales and revenue data and supporting discussions with new partners particularly 3rd party tour operators. Furthermore, the role will be identifying growing markets where TUI don’t have a presence.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Produce and analyse weekly sales/financial reports relating to both TH&R and competitor units.
- To ensure optimum bed utilisation in all hotels through regular contact with both the hotels and the Tour Operators
- Support the Senior Commercial Manager in the negotiation process for contracting with both in-house Tour Operators and external agencies in order to ensure the departments commercial objectives are met e.g. target rates, allocations & commitments
- Understanding of hotel commercial performance enabling the role holder to influence Tour Operator pricing strategies, discounting etc and therefore minimising shortfalls throughout.
- Regular travel to the hotel portfolio as well as visiting the European source markets.
- To increase awareness and champion the group owned hotels across the business and be a main point of contact for all hotel information.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience of a commercial or contracting role in an international travel environment
- Both a team player and able to work independently
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and have the ability to prioritise work effectively, ensuring that deadlines are met, and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Displays genuine enthusiasm and approaches tasks with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Have flexibility for occasional travel across the UK and International to attend events and meet hotel partners
