Administrator - Lowestoft - Immediate Start

Hales Group are seeking an Administrator with excellent customer service, telephone and communication skills to support our client based in Lowestoft. You will build positive working relationships with customer, suppliers, and other services.

This role will suit someone who has good initiative and is very organised, able to multi-task and be polite and professional.

Duties will include:

- Able to deal with administration with excellent diction.
- Have a clean Manual Drivers Licence, and able to drive
- Great at being organised and prioritise work loads, and adapt throughout the working day
- Good listener when answering phone calls and deliver excellent customer service

To be considered for this role you must;
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook and experience of using in-house databases.
- Excellent client care and customer service skills both on the telephone and face to face
- Ability to manage own workload and effectively manage priorities
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage expectations

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm (Saturdays 9am until 1pm - 1 in 4)

DURATION: Temporary to Permanent

LOCATION: Lowestoft

PAY RATE: £10.42 per hour in the first 12 weeks
