Office Administrator/Accounts Person.
Electrafix is a growing Electrical Contracting company based in Lowestoft. Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking to recruit an Administrator/Accounts Person to join our successful team.
Profile Summary.
The successful person we are looking for will possess great people skills and have a good eye for detail. This role comprises of all office tasks including but not limited to. Accounting, bookkeeping, Payroll, Purchasing and so on. You'll be organised, have strong numeracy skills along with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to multitask.
This is a broad and diverse role which will present plenty of interesting challenges for the right person.
Job Description Summary
Core Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for all accounts and office tasks
- Manage and coordinate timesheets and payroll
- Processing payments
- Answering customer calls and dealing with queries
- Typing & formatting of correspondence and reports, binding & scanning documents
- Accurate message taking and managing telephone calls, customer queries
- File management, archiving and ad hoc duties
- Distribution of external post
- Creating and updating various lists, spreadsheets & schedules using Excel
The successful person will have a strong work ethic, a good sense of humour and be motivated to help the business grow.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
