This role was developed in partnership with CAYSH and Off the Record. The post holder is to provide our young people with the opportunity and support to manage the transition and impact of homelessness or exiting the care system into independent living. The postholder would provide practical and emotional support to young people and staff, incorporating a non-judgemental approach and delivering a range of therapeutic and supportive sessions from triage assessments, signposting, and reflective practice to mindfulness group sessions. Your dedication and empathy will be instrumental in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our young people.

The post holder would be employed by CAYSH & report directly to the Service Improvement Manager with clinical supervision provided through Off the Record.
