Young People's Development Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Young People's Development Worker to join our team at Super Hiring.
About the Role:
- This position involves working closely with young people, their families, and social workers to identify and address their needs.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized plans to help young people achieve their goals and improve their life circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encouraging young people to take responsibility for their lives, informing them of their circumstances and rights, and involving them in planning their lives.
- Responding to safeguarding concerns and reporting them effectively, ensuring the well-being of young people.
- Maintaining the establishment's health and safety standards, making decisions about individual young people's requests and behavior.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children in an Ofsted environment.
- Holding a Level 3 CYPW or above qualification.
- An Enhanced DBS Check and subscription to the update service.
