Marketing Executive

We’re looking for an energetic & ambitious marketeer, with 1 year+ relevant marketing experience to join our team.
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Tortilla’s marketing initiatives and activations; across digital marketing channels, instore promotional activations and brand campaigns.
This role is within our marketing function, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will champion the customer, as the heart of everything we do. You should be full of ideas, highly organized and a good communicator.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing updates on Tortilla’s website and business listings (e.g. Google my Business), including updating new store locations and uploading blog posts
- Support Head of Marketing to manage digital marketing agency, managing our paid marketing activations
- Collate reports on web analytics and share insights, working with digital agency to implement updates to improve SEO in google (search and maps) and on our website. Using insights to continue to optimise always-on digital marketing and support the creation of engaging on-brand content that drives awareness and conversion to sales or new loyalty sign-ups
- Support promotional activations and campaigns, which could include photoshoots, organising vouchers for giveaways, collating creative assets, coordinating print orders and creating slides to brief to the restaurant teams
- Support the marketing team to engage and respond to online customer enquiries and feedback in line with brand tone of voice and best practice
- Keep track of competitor activations and activities across restaurants and digital channels
- Champion the brand and our consumers, both internally and at external events, including helping gather insights and data to ensure brand campaigns are informed and effective amongst target audiences
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- Experience in a marketing or advertising role
- Organization skills - able to prioritize and manage to-do list to deliver initiatives on time and to brief
- Attention to detail is important
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Confident to share ideas as part of marketing team ideation sessions
- Works well in a team but also able to complete tasks individually
- Agile & adaptive, excited to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
- Demonstrate understanding of hospitality sector
- A love for food, particularly Mexican would be great
