Speech and Language Therapist

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve communication skills
- Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

**Salary**: £28.00-£35.00 per hour
