We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to provide data entry, administrative, and clerical support for the Fleet department and wider business to ensure accuracy, efficiency of data. Our Fleet Administrator also assists with ensuring compliance is maintained and contribute to improving the department processes to provide support for the Operational teams.

**_Skills and Qualifications_**
- Clean Driving Licence.
- Good Administration skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with MS 365 such as word, excel and SharePoint.
- Flexible approach and positive attitude to work and embrace continuous improvement.

**_What will you be doing?_**

As a Fleet Administrator, your core responsibilities will be to
- Assist with the induction/leavers process of vehicles plus the allocation/returns process.
- Support the administration of the Fleet Departments Database’s.
- Manage external systems for vehicle and driver data, whilst complying with GDPR.
- Supporting the capture of data for the accident/SMR process.
- Co-ordinate systems data with the Fleet team and act as cover if required.
- Comply with fleet regulations whilst supporting operations.
- To communicate any maintenance schedules to ensure optimum availability.
- Provide advice and guidance to operations on all Fleet matters relating to the systems and data managed.
- Act in a positive and constructive way to help develop continuous improvement throughout all areas of Fleet.
- All other duties as assigned.
