About the Role:

Kemp Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Fleet Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of vehicles.

Job Purpose:

We are a leading provider of transportation services, with a fleet of over 4000 vehicles on the road. Due to increased business levels and company growth, we require two additional Fleet Administrators to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule Management: Verify that all schedule events have been booked and work completed.
  • Compliance Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including O licence and RFL renewals.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Coordinate and manage vehicle maintenance schedules, including MOT requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the relevant team members.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fleet Administration Experience: Previous experience in a fleet administration role, with knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
